EPHRATA - Ephrata wrestlers recently competed at Battle of the Beach & NHSCA
National Championship Open. Over 1,000 participants from over 17 states met
in Salisbury MD, for the 12th Annual NHSCA National Championship Open and
3rd Annual Battle of the Beach June 26-28.
Each participant had to
qualify at the state level for the right to compete. This tournament
featured some great wrestling. Three Mountaineers worked very had at summer

and third in the National Championship. This gained him All-American
status.
Dakota Rohrbaugh participated at 70 pounds and took fourth

Championship.
Randy Wintersohl participated at 65 pounds where he
claimed first place at this weight in the Battle of the Beach and second in

Next
season, Bryan moves on to the Middle School program while both Randy and
