Pauline Sweigert, Quinlan employee
Pauline E. Sweigert, 83, formerly of Reinholds, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012 in the Denver Nursing Home.
Born in Fivepointville, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Mary (Scott) Auker. Her husband, F. LeRoy "Skeeter" Sweigert, died Oct. 30, 1992.
Pauline worked at Quinlan Pretzel and Weave Corp., Denver. She enjoyed camping, dancing, cooking and baking, but cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are a daughter: Dorene A., wife of Gary R. Firestone, of Reinholds; sons: Terry A., husband of Betty (Kramer) Sweigert, and Roy A., husband of Jean (McCoy) Sweigert, both of Denver; and Dale A., husband of Debbie (Hershey) Sweigert, of Reinholds; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters: Grace Sweitzer and Hazel Kramer; and brothers: Lester and Robert Auker.
Funeral services were held on Feb. 7 from Good Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Reamstown, with Pastor David Berwick officiating. Burial was held in Swamp Cemetery, Reinholds.
